History
ARC Legal is a firm under the umbrella of Oceanic group of companies. Oceanic Group of Companies history dates back to 1970. It was started by Capt. Khalil U Khan, who left sea after his illustrious career in the Merchant Navy. The business which started as sole proprietorship transformed into a Group of Companies over the span of 45 years. Around 125 people are employed in the Group Companies in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad. Further we are servicing most of the large conglomerates, power sector which includes renewable sectors i.e. hydro, wind, solar biomass etc.
Our group of companies provide services in Insurance Brokerage, Claims Management, Loss Adjusting, Surveyors and Property Evaluation for a diverse and international book of business.
ARC Legal focuses on the consultancy of Corporate, Investment, Project Finance Legal Advisory, Admiralty and (Re) Insurance laws. P&I Club Representation for Pakistan Ports for services of Legal Advisory, Correspondent, Surveys, Valuation and Guarantee.
